Movement and stillness are intriguing words for me. I love to study about them. I noticed that sometimes the body of humans, animal, plant, rock or matter has vibrations that disturb the natural movement from the way it is supposed to be. I study the ability to discharge overly active motilities (movements) or enhance the energy in areas of void or depression in any specific tissue of the body. Often I work with regulators, they seem to be switch stations in the body that connect with the disturbed area. There are many other aspects to my work.

I am certified as a physical therapist in Germany. After coming to the States I became nationally certified in massage therapy. Later I became an integral yoga teacher to further learn about stillness and movement. I continue to study with famous health professionals like Dr. Upledger, Frank Lowen, Sharon Weiselfish Giamateo and Fritz Smith M.D. This is my hobby together with Qi Gong and Tai Chi, hiking, swimming and gardening. But most of all I like being with my grandkids and family.
