In my ongoing studies I have become aware of what a treasure we have in lymphatic massage. I want to share my article with you. Fight spring allergies the natural way, and get rid of excess fat on top of it.Build up your fighter cells by the thousands by simply getting lymphatic massages during the spring season. Those fighter cells called lymphocytes attack and destroy any foreign invaders like virus, cancer and bacteria, before they can harm you. By the way, they eat up fat cells also. Lymph fluid carries the body’s waste and large fat cells to lymph nodes where filtering and detoxification occur. Accumulation of fluid from seasonal allergies, infection, pressure, tired swollen legs, or swelling after surgery can be helped. This may result in pain relief due to the decrease in tissue pressure after draining the fluid out of it, and definitely builds large amounts of new fighter cells with each treatment. Lymphatic massage is commonly used in European hospitals and clinics. It is a light rhythmic touch to improve the flow of the lymph system which in return increases the production of thousands of lymphocytes. Excess water and proteins are removed and the immune system is supported. This speeds up healing and relieves pain. Swelling and pain from fibromyalgia can be dramatically helped. Discomfort from sinusitis and allergies may be reduced. In a healthy person it promotes vitality and a sense of well-being. Some conditions require special care. No massage technique should be used on anyone with an active skin infection, thrombosis, lymphodema, an open wound or a fever, or if you have heart or kidney disease. Lymphatic massage will help you during allergy season. You may find this gentle and powerful technique to be the key to improved health and immunity.
