Quantum Manual Therapy Systems

Quantum Manual Therapy incorporates fine-tuned hands-on assessment and treatment of the physical and energetic structures of the body. Developed in tandem with colleague Laurie Hribal, this therapy accesses gentle communication with the body’s innate movements and vibrations to bring release and relief to “stuck places.” This is the primary system I use in treatment, it includes various Manual Therapy and Energy Work modalities and techniques. Because the techniques are very gentle and usually indirect (going with the intrinsic movements), treatment reactions and painful responses are greatly reduced.

It may seem impossible that all these systems could be affected by bodywork. In fact, there are complete therapeutic methods developed to treat each one, such as CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Visceral Manipulation, and more. I have trained in the anatomy and therapies concerning all the body systems.

Consider the idea that all healthy tissues and all systems in the body are in constant motion and relationship to each other. The blood flow, chemistry, and function of each structure and tissue naturally interact like clockwork. When one thing is injured in any way, it creates a stoppage or blockage of movement. The injury could come from trauma, toxins, infection, emotional pain, limited or repetitive movement. It is as if the area is frozen in time and can’t remember how to free itself. There is a holographic relationship between every cell and every energy flow in and around the human body. Stuck patterns can cross systems, therefore can be influenced through any layer.

Quantum Manual Therapy treatment does this and accesses energy patterns, or motilities, within the structures also. It acknowledges that all matter is vibrational, and works with the vibrational patterns at the root of any tissue, structure or system.

With manual touch and manipulation, we access the subtle movements or motilities in deep tissues and systems in the body. We use manual perception to detect the frequencies of these motilities and of aberrant rhythms in malfunctioning areas. We then use gentle targeted techniques to bring the frequencies into harmonious balance. The therapies we use are designed to turn on communication between injured or stuck areas, and the body systems that naturally keep them working. When this happens, healing and recovery can occur.
